Favorite Sweet Tea
Dylan PogueShare
Sweet tea is surely one of the most delightful beverages one can enjoy on a warm summer's day. The fragrant aroma of the tea leaves steeping in the pot, mixed with the sweet scent of sugar, fills the air with a sense of comfort and contentment. The first sip of the cool, sweet liquid on one's tongue is like a burst of sunshine in the mouth, bringing a smile to one's face and a sense of calm to the soul. Sweet tea is a true gift of the South, a tradition that warms the heart and refreshes the body, and one that I hold dear in my own memories of childhood on the farm.
